Description
City damaged lift bar on supercan serial number; 13093461. Citizen has 2 green-on-green city cans - serial number is for darker one. Citizen advises he paid $55 and was delivered the lighter green can several years ago, so it's his free city can that has been damaged. Citizen advised he is unwilling to pay for new can - if we are unwilling to deliver new can for free, he advises not to take the damaged can away and he will fix it.
