Description
I am re-submitting a request that was closed. This tree was trimmed but the most unhealthy looking branch was not addressed. This branch is always late to drop it's leaves in the fall and late to grow leaves in the spring. I strongly urge you to taking down the tree. It is a high risk for falling on top of cars or houses and should be removed.
