Description

Vegetation, totally overtaking, sidewalk trees, grass shrubs, sidewalk likely needs to be completelt repaired under it. It’s a blight on the neighborhood. You can’t walk on it at all and people could hide in there and junp out. Danger and a blight. See pictures.
