Description
The 3800 block of Seminary Ave, home to 25+ kids, is a shortcut for speeding commuters to avoid Laburnum at Chamberlayne/Brook lights. In 2020, 2 speed humps were replaced w/ one speed table. We’ve seen at least 4 police pursuits from Henrico Co. and mult crashes. The 2026 repaving has reduced the height of our speed table. Please consider restoring 2nd speed table, & any other measures to slow traffic (i.e traffic diverters at 4830 E/W Seminary, lighted ped crossing for Laburnum, etc)
