Description

Mar. 2026, I submitted request #DPW000229021 regarding alligator cracking & pavement spalling on Springhill Ave. On Apr 15 2026 comment says completed. It was NOT. Pavement much worse now. Stones are damaging vehicles. Nearby, #DPW000229021 also says completed but it is NOT. The subsurface is inadequate to support any lasting pothole patches.(Been tried before.) Area heavily travelled & on GRTC and RPS buses. Rebuild the subsurface then add new asphalt. (I worked at VDOT Maintenance for years.)
