Description

There is a dumpster that has been sitting on this block for months and is causing serious parking issues, not only on this specific block, but the surrounding blocks, too. Why is it not in the alley with all of the orher dunpsters? That’s where they’re supposed to be so they don’t cause issues for cars or pedestrians.
