Description

The stop bar for northbound car traffic on Chatham Ave is fully past the pedestrian crossing ramp, which results in cars pulling quickly through the intended pedestrian crossing. This is further exacerbated by thick vegetation in the city planting strip approached this intersection, and visibility concerns caused by closely parked cars. These come together to make it hard to safely cross this street.
