Description
The tree was removed early last year. The stump was ground by a contractor at that time. I have talked with Elena Zweerink about an Approved Planting Permit which I have obtained, and a replacement has been purchased. I discovered a large portion of the stump remained in the ground about 6-8 inches down. It is impossible for us to plant the tree without removing more of the stump. Elena told me to report this. Can you please fast track this grinding as we have the tree on site? Thank you.
