Description
citizen states the when the city comes out it add gravel to the alley the alley is higher than the Garage so when it rains the water runs into the garages and damaged the items inside. citizen is not able to rent out garages citizen also states there is a manhole that is covered by Gravel and has no way to access. citizen would like the alley repair officer to call or meat him when they come out to repair the issue.
