Description
Drivers constantly headed in wrong direction on 15th st, especially since the construction has started which has closed off the access from Hull st. I suspect that many drivers are trying to access apartment's parking lots from the alley. They do this because the alley has been neglected and is untraversable for even large vehicles. Since they are headed the wrong direction they are usually speeding to get to where it is safe for them. It catches other drivers and pedestrians off guard.
