Description
Large street tree in sidewalk strip appears severely declining with extensive dead limbs and sparse leaf growth. Tree has dropped multiple large branches, striking sidewalk and parked cars. One limb previously shattered a vehicle’s rear windshield. Due to size, visible deadwood, and proximity to homes, pedestrians, and utility lines, there is high risk of further limb failure. Requesting inspection/removal. Thank you.
