Description
Residents and tenants use the 14th St. alley (via Bainbridge St.) out of necessity to access designated parking areas. This alley is in deteriorated condition, with deep potholes, making it hazardous for vehicles and unsafe for routine use. With active construction, blocked street access, and one way traffic patterns on 14th and 15th St., the condition of this alley significantly limits safe access options for residents and office tenants. Please inspect & repair the alley surface.
