Description
In front of The Byrd Theatre on the east side of the building (closest to downtown) the three signs (combined) attached to the light pole are hanging upside down. The 3 signs that are there are a Passenger Loading Zone, and 2 3-hr Parking signs. It looks as if the top hole that connected the signs to the pole have been cut.
