Description
Stop at Hermitage and Brookland is down again. Separate non-emg call made. This is to fix root cause. I’ve submitted a dozen times in 5 years for this sign. Drivers cant see due to location/angle and shrubs. Trucks are prohibited, but drive thru, mount curb, flatten sign every few months. The eng dwg i saw puts sign in bad spot, so field team keeps putting it back to get hit. Was finally moved a year ago to better spot, but was recently moved back, now flat. Need better dwg, paint and bollard.
