Description
There was an accident at this intersection of 31st and M Street where car ran over the no parking sign. Instead of replacing the pole, city crews simply attached the sign high up on the utility pole. Cars are now now parking within the nonparking zone. Can you please replace the sign/pole in the proper location? Also, the dogwood tree that is planted there blocks the view of approaching traffic and should be prunned/ limbed higher.
