Description
Caller staters the sidewalk in front of her father's home' looks like its about to cave in and there is a dip in the sidewalk. Caller states just the one portion of the sidewalk is caving in, it appears like the sidewalk has been smashed in. Caller states there is no standing water as the water meter is on the side of the house
