Description

this is the closed Jiffy Lube. plastic fencing has come out of the frame and is lying in the parking lot. the unsecured dumpster enclosure has trash inside and around and behind it. we have seen people entering/exiting the enclosure, it needs to be secured. overgrown grass and trash littering property
