Description
Cars have been going the wrong way up 14th Street while it’s partially closed for construction. It can catch drivers and pedestrians off guard, especially if they’re speeding. Some drivers who realize it’s closed end up backing out into traffic instead of using the alleys (another issue) which has nearly caused accidents.
