Description
The alley is being blocked by a large amount of construction material behind 1106 N 32nd, where they are constructing an ADU. In addition to the construction material blocking public right of way, there is a large amount of trash/debris from the same construction site nearby.

- Staff · April 20, 2026Our inspection staff visited the site and spoke directly with the contractor responsible for the construction activity. The contractor has been instructed to remove all materials obstructing the alley by the end of today. A follow-up inspection is scheduled for tomorrow to confirm that the alley has been fully cleared and that the area is in compliance with City requirements. If the issue is not resolved, additional enforcement action will be taken. We appreciate your patience and will continue to monitor the situation to ensure it is properly addressed.
