Description
There are board and rebar in the Right of Way at 1216 Catherine Street. This is a documented right of way through Dominion. Dominion was referred to but referred me back to zoning.

- Staff · April 21, 2026A field review conducted by the Department of Public Works confirmed that the condition involves a damaged utility guide arm associated with a Dominion Energy pole located within the public right-of-way. The guide arm is bent and positioned at ground level, which may present a safety concern. Temporary measures appear to have been placed at the site to help mark the area; however, permanent repair is required. Based on these findings, Dominion Energy has been notified and has acknowledged the issue. They have advised that they will investigate and take appropriate corrective action. We will continue to monitor the situation and coordinate with Dominion as needed to ensure the issue is resolved.
