Description
on Garrett directly across from the Unitarian Church desperately needs to be painted or marked NO PARKING. If a car parks there, which often happens one cannot get through the intersection. People park there and go to things in the park and the street is a snarl. Bad things are going to happen. No parking in that little strip would be a huge help.
