Description

There is a sidewalk gap on this major pedestrian road for one mile. It forces pedestrians between city stadium and byrd park to walk in the bike lane (which is heavily used by bikers) on a heavy speeding road, creating a hazardous condition for pedestrians. There is room here to fill the sidewalk gap
