Description

We are requesting a speed bump at 509, 511 Libbie Avenue 23226. This is a 25 MPH area where cars drive more like 40 MPH. We have a hard time pulling out of our alley to access Libbie Avenue.

    DPW informed a Richmond Police Lieutenant about speeding concerns. Libbie Ave & Guthrie Ave is part of a federal funded project that will install a raised crosswalk (basically a flat speed table) at Guthrie Ave.
