Description
There is a tree around 1609 Westwood Ave that appears to be entirely dead. No leaves, black trunk and limbs, etc. It would be nice to have it removed prior to it dropping limbs on pedestrians or cars, or falling in the next major storm. There also appears to be discrepancies between the tree inventory and the actual conditions on this block of Westwood, so it may be good to address this as well.
