Description
The alley is in terrible shape and needs to be smoothed over with new gravel. I submitted a ticket and it was closed saying the alley was graded and chipped, but nothing has changed. Also, the exit from the alley onto watkins is completely sunken in and flooded. The road needs to be repaired.
