Description
Pedestrians stationed at highway ramp exit at Chamberlayne exit on 95N daily in the evenings. Blocking road and intersection poses safety hazard to those exiting the highway. Knocking on car windows at the traffic signal is also a safety concern. When light turns green they do not clear the roadway for vehicles to proceed.
