Description
The pedestrian signal at Carson and FHA is still taking 30+ seconds to activate and then only provides a walk signal for 10-15 seconds. Please make ot activate faster amd gove a longer walk signal!!!! Sometimes ot doesnt flash and change at all whennpressed
