Description
Illegal Dumping / Alley Cleanup I am requesting the cleanup of illegally dumped tree debris located in the alley behind my property. The debris does not belong to me and was placed there without my involvement. The material appears to be large tree limbs and yard waste that I am unable to lift, cut, or safely remove. I want to ensure this situation is documented, as I do not want to be held responsible for debris that was dumped illegally. Please advise on removal and next steps. Thank you for your assistance.
