Description
I admittedly write in often about litter and homelessness issues in Carytown. I pick up litter nearly every single day to help keep the streets and the neighborhood clean. I do sometimes see litter clean up by the city, but not enough. There is an increase in homelessness. There is homeless trespassing at my neighbor's house which has been called in. There is an increase of homeless public urination and defecation which has been called in. What else needs to be done to have all this addressed? I see this was Assigned to a specific department for litter cleanup. Which department addresses increasing homelessness issues and pollution via increased homeless public urination and defecation? And overall Carytown litter issue? Public urination and defecation
