Description
After speed humps were installed on Westmoreland, traffic has clearly diverted onto Commonwealth. We’re now seeing increased volume and speeding, which is especially concerning given the playground behind Richmond Friends Meeting House that is actively used by children. Our neighbors are aligned that this is as a safety issue, and we would like to request a traffic calming evaluation for our street.
