Description
Hardy Road between Rhoadmiller and Sherwood is horrible. The road is falling apart and with the detour of Hermitage and more traffic it is making the road worse. The only part that is nice is where VCU has paved the roads around their athletic complex. It is hard to dodge the potholes and exposed railroad tracks when there is traffic in both directions. I cannot upload a photo because I can’t drive, limit the damage to my vehicle and take a photo all at the same time.
