Description
My neighbors put in request and the city came out and addressed their issues quickly. I have made several request to have my tree cut down and nothing. You can tell this tree is dead or diseased or whatever the word is for this kind of thing. Every storm big limbs fall on cars. The bigger limbs have already broken off — please cut this tree down
