Description
There is a dire need for a pedestrian crosswalk with required car stopping (Hawk signal or similar) OR better yet, a pedestrian bridge over Forest Hill. People jay walk between businesses every hour of the day. The span between pedestrian crossings at Prince Arthur Rd and Westover Hills Blvd deters peds from crossing safely. Both existing crosswalks have very long waits so it can take up to 8 minutes to get from one side of Forest Hill to the other when crossing safely. Needs immediate action.
