Description
The alley has a 12 foot long hole that has filled with water, creating a hazard for cars which dipped into the hole, and a massive puddle that has led to mosquitos. The hole has occurred because there is a drainage issue in the alley that is leading to gravel and dirt flowing into the road on Essex Street.
