Description
Big showcase for Richmond this week at the new ballpark. People coming from all over all week to see this huge city accomplishment. The back parking lots behind the old Diamond where most people will be parking is littered with trash along the fence line. This isn't the image Richmond wants to reflect. The Arthur Ashe Center also is strewn with litter.
