Description

The visibility is extremely poor heading south on McArthur and there is no crosswalk marking on the northside of the intersection. Cars regularly park right up to the intersection and there is a hedge that prevents sight past the parked cars. Cars also regularly just blow right through the intersection. My kids and I regularly almost get hit here. Richmond is just waiting for a pedestrian or cyclist death to occur to do anything at this intersection, just like in other parts of the city!
