Citizen is reporting that behind 21 S Sheppard St, 23221 the resident has installed a fence that is blocking the alley way entrance. There is now only one way in and one way out.

    Following up on the reported concern at or near 21 S. Sheppard Street. A field review has been completed. The installed fence is located on private property and does not encroach into the public alley or right-of-way. At this time, the alley remains accessible and unobstructed from a ROW standpoint. Based on current conditions, no corrective action is warranted.
