Description
Both crosswalk signals on tge Ommobwelth Hotel side of Ninth and Bank Streets are turned away from their crosswalks. The signal for the Bank Street crossing is turned toward thr parking garage across Ninth. The signal for the Ninth Street crossing is turned to face oncoming traffic coming up Ninth Street/toward the wall of thr hotel and is not visible to pedestrians from any direction.
