Description
The red “Stop” light is still not working on the crosswalk at Ninth and Cary. This is a high-traffic crossing with a lot of aggressive drivers coming in across the Ninth Street Bridge and many pedestrians coming up and down to the canal walk. PLEASE repair it, it has been out of for weeks!
