Description
The alley to the right of my property is graded so stormwater flows from the alley and neighboring property into my yard (side and back. During storms, my driveway becomes flooded and unusable, sediment is deposited, and water accumulates around the water main and in my backyard, reaching my home and causing crawlspace moisture issues. Please inspect grading and drainage and evaluate solutions to redirect runoff. The images were from a mild rain event. Grading and/or drain addition is needed.
