Description
The tree at 406 N Shields was removed and they came to grind up the stump, but a few inches below ground there’s a large block of wood, probably from the tree stump. Because of this i can’t plant the new tree i bought (was already approved). I created a request for this on Saturday but the marked it duplicate/completed without doing anything. Is there another way im supposed to go about this?
