Description
Tree has been deteriorating for years.....with prior requests for the city to come and cut it completely down. The city has only cut it back in the past years which is unsatisfactory. Again, it is a very large tree that needs to be totally cut down. ---It is unhealthy, drops large and small limbs...and may hurt someone.
