Description
There are a series of holes now about 8 to 10 inches deep in the direct line of tire travel of the roadway that have appeared due to the ice storm in an area previously repaved due to a water leak. These holes can cause damage to property and vehicles resulting in legal and insurance consequences. Additionally, a previous recent request was submitted for this repair and was marked as completed on March 24th; however, this was not true or an accurate statement, as no work was actually completed.
