Description

Hi, this isnt one of the standard issues listed. The tree here was removed and the stump was removed/ground up. It’s in front of 406 N Shields. But i am only able to dig a few inches in the center of the tree well before hitting a wide hard piece of wood that i can’t get past. I already got a tree approved and i have it ready to plant but haven’t been able to due to this. Would the city be able to come back and grind more in the center of the tree well?
