Description

A large red mulberry in Bandy Field Nature Park has several hanging limbs from the ice storm in January. RVA Parks says they cannot handle it and they need Urban Forestry to send out a bucket truck. No one has come. It's like they are ignoring this safety issue in a city park. The tree is located close to the Bandy Road chain entrance.
