Description

This intersection has been an issue for quite some time and is near a school that students walk and ride their bikes. E/W bound Kensington does not have a stop sign but drivers unfamiliar with the area stop at the intersection, thinking it is a typical city 4-way stop. The reverse is also true. N/S bound drivers on Nansemond think it is a 4-way stop and pull out in front of cars traveling on Kensington, that do not have a stop. It creates a lot of confusion and has caused a lot of near misses.
