Description
Citizen advises length of 25th St has limited no parking signs to account for street cleaning - however, street cleaning only happens occasionally. Vehicles parked "illegally" per the signs just get tickets and are not towed - citizen requesting removal of the existing signs and only have the temporary no parking signs up when street cleaning is actually going to happen like it is in most of the city. Citizen advises this presents problems for his business and for cleanliness of area.
