Description
The pot hole looks more like the start of a sink hole. It is about a 8 inches in circumference and then it is hallow underneath the hole in the asphalt. Looks like maybe a foot deep. A heavy car would go into the hole. It is also at a location where people cross the street and someone could easily have their leg drop into it.
