Description
No curb or gutter along the pavement (west side) and the storm water runoff has eroded the natural swale to the extent that several utility boxes are exposed and underground conduits are exposed. The depth of the swale is such that a vehicle could get stuck or run off the road if a wheel ended up in the ditch. The erosion caused by the lack of a curb and gutter is starting to undermine the foundation of the historic stone wall which is located at the north end of Pear St. closer to E. Main St.
