Description

There is a tree in front of our house that we have requested be removed for dropping limbs. The city is currently having it worked on but decided not to remove it and just prune it back. However this tree also has an enormous root that has begun to grow into the foundation of our house. Can the arborists cut this root off from the tree while they are working on it?
